The Mieroszewski Centre occupies premises on the third floor of the Centrum Jasna building at 14/16A Jasna Street in Warsaw. The Centrum Jasna building is located in the Śródmieście district, in the very centre of Warsaw, surrounded by the following streets: Świętokrzyska, Jasna and Moniuszki. The building is adapted to serve persons with mobility difficulties.
You can reach the Centrum Jasna building either independently or by public transport. It is easily accessible by metro, line M1 – station: Świętokrzyska, or line M2 – station: Świętokrzyska; by bus – stop: Jasna 01; or by tram – stop: Metro Świętokrzyska 06.
The Centrum Jasna building has two entrances: from Świętokrzyska Street and from the corner of Jasna and Moniuszki Streets. To access the premises occupied by the Mieroszewski Centre, please use the entrance from Świętokrzyska Street. The entrance hall has revolving doors. Entrance doors are made of glass or transparent plastic with contrasting markings.
The Centrum Jasna building has full access control, 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring of its corridors. The reception and information desk are located in the entrance hall opposite the entrance from Świętokrzyska Street. At the far end of the entrance hall there is a vestibule situated perpendicularly, with three high-speed lifts (two passenger lifts and one passenger/freight lift) available on the right-hand side, and one staircase on the left-hand side. There are no security gates blocking access.
The entrance hall, the perpendicular vestibule, the corridor on the third floor of the Centrum Jasna building, as well as the entrance doors to the premises occupied by the Mieroszewski Centre are accessible to wheelchair users. Doors are threshold-free.
It is possible to arrange assistance from the staff of the Mieroszewski Centre when entering the Centrum Jasna building and reaching the Centre’s premises in the building, upon prior arrangement by telephone at +48 22 295 00 30, via the electronic submission box of the Centre /CPRDiP/SkrytkaESP, or by e-mail at kontakt@mieroszewski.pl
